Although I've seen it often, I'm still amazed at the power of a simple image to arrest the attention of someone looking for that face that can connect with their target audience. In the massive sea of images out there, we can still stand out, as long as that connection is made.
The connection that holds one, and relates some emotion, whatever our subconcious is open to.

Gillian Cooper's feature film Dealing With Destiny release getting close

It started off with a working title of "A DAY IN THE LIFE" and is about to be released in September as DEALING WITH DESTINY. Although all the main noise about this light hearted Aussie tale relates to the sizzling gym scene, there is a surprise at the films end that probably was the highlight for Gillian. I could reveal more, but I guess you will just have to go and check it out for yourselves, but trust me, it's worth the effort, if only to check out how well Gillian puts her talent to use on the big screen.

As anyone that has had the pleasure to work with Gillian knows, she has been endowed with much more than an ample cleavage. Maxim model Renee Somerfield in new studio shoot

Renee came to me on a go-see/meet, I had seen her around and about and on a page or two. It was just to see her book and see if we could do anything together etc
When taking the usual casting reference pix, I saw that there was more to Renee than was evident from the shots of her I had seen. I went on to make a few more images.... Another improvised shoot that produced some hot images and gave me an insight into who she was, and what she could bring to the table. I can see great potential in Renee, a clue I got from her enthusiastic approach to date.

Wet Look glamour shoot of model by the Sea

After shooting Jess in swimwear on the beach, I made use of a softer light to get some stylishly wet images of Jessica while the sea was in a gentler mood at this rockpool. You need to always be carefull when playing with this powerfull force, the sea, as in one quick second rolling waves can turn into a watery fist. Communicating over the noise of breaking waves wasn't easy but the time we had spent working together helped.

Mat'e Gelencer's Folio update...up a notch or two!

 When Mat'e knew he was going back to Europe and the more competitive moleling market, he came to me to get some new images into his book. After taking a look at his folio I decided that he needed stronger, more intense images. We shot both in the studio, and outdoors looking to get a subtle difference in the stronger looks. His agency was very pleased with his new look, saying that his trip down under sharpened him up a notch or two.

Can never get enough Gorgeous Redheads

Well when I found Asha hiding away in northern Queensland, I had to do my best to get her down to Sydney (and my lenes). Turns out she was just waiting for such an opportunity, and to her credit, she "just did it" So I'll be happy to keep you posted with her progress. What a sexy head of hair!

Coco calls in

Coco came by on a gosee, and we discussed her involvment on a future project. She looked perfect for it so I shot a few frames, as you can see from these, she has potential.

Carly's Fashion Portfolio Shoot

Carly's manager Joe Gibara, had asked me to put together her first folio shoot, and of coarse this meant getting Carly not only relaxed, but comfortable enough for me to get some aspects of her personality on "film".
After stylist Stella Anohianakis did her makeup and hair, I first created the beauty shots indoors before braving the weather outside. Even dodging raindrops and dealing with failing light didn't prevent us from getting some amazing images. Our next step was the Studio, where I could control things a little more and Carly could really let her hair down.
